Four Wayne County Residents Charged In Alabama Robbery



FLORENCE, AL-  According to a press release four Wayne County residents are in custody in Alabama after an alleged robbery. 

The Florence Police Department said in a press release that on Tuesday at approximately 5:30 pm that they received a call concerning a robbery that just occurred in the 1800 block of Chisholm Road.

Four suspects were reported leaving in a black older model Jeep with no tag. Officers located the vehicle several blocks away going north on Chisholm Road.When officers tried to stop the vehicle, it turned onto Fairgrounds Road. Officers were able to conduct a traffic stop on Fairgrounds Road near the tennis courts.

The alleged victim was brought to the scene and was reportedly able to identify all four of the people that reportedly robbed him.

The victim told authorities when he arrived at his home the four offenders were waiting on him.

According to a press release, a female identified as Alisha Risner, 30, Waynesboro, allegedly asked the victim for money and when he wouldn’t give it to her all four of the suspects started striking him and took his money.

FPD said that the victim did not require medical attention for his injuries.


According to court records, Ryan Risner, 28, Collinwood, was charged with Robbery 2nd. His bond was set at $10,000.


Lonnie Dixon, 28, Collinwood and Alisha Risner were both charged with Robbery 2nd and according to the release they had other warrants are being held without bond.


Christopher Thompson, 44, Collinwood, was also charged with Robbery 2nd and according to Florence Police, he was in possession of Marijuana. Resulting in an addition possession charge, his bond has been set at $11,000.
