Driver Crashes Into Rick's Barbeque In Lawrenceburg

On Friday, a driver crashed into a local eatery causing an undetermined amount of damage.
Lawrenceburg Police Department and other Emergency Medical Services responded to Rick’s Barbeque, Lawrenceburg, just before noon last Friday.

Reports indicate, while EMS was assessing the driver for injuries, they reportedly found that she had something in her left sleeve.
Police also say that the item was a small white paper bag. The contents were said to be ninety-seven Lortab pills.

During additional an additional search of the vehicle, a small clear bag containing almost 15 grams of a substance believed to be marijuana.

Lacey Kay Lyles, 42, Summertown, was taken to a local hospital where she was treated and released.

 Lyles was issued a citation for failure to show proof of insurance.

The report says that other charges may be presented to the Lawrence County Grand Jury.
