Savannah Woman Charged In Connection With Halloween Arson

SAVANNAH, TN- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced that a second person had been arrested in connection to a Halloween morning fire that destroyed a large amount of hay and damaged a barn.
Bradley Dale Balentine had been earlier indicted for allegedly setting fire to a barn on Fox Hollow Loop. On Tuesday, the TBI said they had secured an indictment against another person in connection to that Arson.

According to a press release Patty J. Provence, 41, Savannah was indicted by a Hardin County Grand Jury and charged with Criminal Responsibility for Facilitation of Arson.

Provence was booked into the Hardin County Jail on January 13th.
